About the Scramble

An iconic event on Australia’s golfing landscape, the Scramble has paved the way for participation in golf across the nation for the past 30 years.

Owned and managed by the PGA of Australia, the Scramble has cemented itself as Australia’s largest and most successful teams’ golf event with over 1 million players participating in over 10,000 events over its 30-year history. The Scramble has a Women’s event which was introduced in 2005 and has seen over 27,000 women tee it up in a local event.

The event is a unique and enjoyable team golf experience for participants, it’s about fun, a bit of friendly competition and bringing people together. One of the key successes for the event is the ability for major sponsors and corporate partners to engage with a large number of the golfing community
