The South West region of WA has always been a strong and successful Scramble region over the past 26 years, and under a new title sponsor, and this season is no different with Bunbury Volkswagen delighted to be assisting budding golfers throughout the region.

In the 2017/2018 season 750 players across eight events averaging 94 players per field teed it up and with Dunsborough Lakes Resort, Busselton Golf Club, Donnybrook Country Club, Bunbury Golf Club, Capel Golf Club, Binningup Golf Club and Hervey Golf Club within the region already confirmed those numbers are set to grow again.

Sam Riachi, Bunbury Volkswagen Service Manager says the Volkswagen Scramble provides a terrific opportunity for them to engage within their local community and further expand their presence in Western Australia.

“The Volkswagen Scramble is a great vehicle to promote the business, convert sales opportunities and engage the local community,” said Riachi.

“We have the full business supporting this event holistically from the sales team to the service and spare parts divisions so that we can leverage our involvement with this event across our entire business.

“We look forward to partnering and supporting each golf club to assist in bringing their events to life, while providing further value to each and every participant.”

Bunbury Volkswagen are wholeheartedly behind the Volkswagen Scramble in their region. They have provided each club with a fully branded Volkswagen Amarok along with a custom barbeque trailer as well as supplies to help in catering for the participants.

As an extra bonus, they have generously donated a number of $100 service vouchers for prizes at each Volkswagen Scramble event.

The Volkswagen Scramble action will tee off out West beginning at Dunsborough Lakes on 1 November 2018 before Scrambles right across the summer until Hervey Golf Club round out the season on 24 February 2019.
