Make sure the participants know your dealership sponsored this Holden Scramble event with this branding and promotional checklist.

Pre-Event
– Put a special offer or at least your dealerships contact information in the voucher booklet that is given to every player on the day of the event
– Display the poster, car windscreen banner and counter stands in your dealership – promote the event and Cashback offer
– As sponsoring dealer you have access to eight (8) guests spots in the Holden Scramble. Invite your social guest teams to play and arrange with the host club (social guests do not need to have an official handicap but are entitled to the Cashback)
– Arrange additional Prizes & Tee Gifts for your participants through our Merchandise Catalogue
– Arrange dealership signage and car display for the day of the event with the club pro/manager
– Arrange additional Holden Scramble signage through the PGA Events Division

On The Day
– Utilise your eight (8) Guest Positions in the field and promote the $550 Cashback offer
– Attend registration and hand out the Cashback offer and your dealership offers to players with your dealership contact details
– Play golf with your guests or drive around the golf course to introduce yourself to players
– Use Holden Scramble Cashback Windscreen Banners in display cars as well as put up dealership signage
– Attend and present at the post event function

After the Event
– Send an email post event to your participant database (emailed to dealership from the PGA approx two weeks after the event) reminding participants that if they or their immediate family are in the market for a new Holden to come and see you and you’ll do them a good deal in addition to the $550 Cashback offer!
