The PGA of Australia is pleased to announce the launch of a new Online Entries and Tournament Management System for the Holden Scramble.
The new Online Entries and Tournament Management System aims to do away with paperwork; making it easier for players, PGA Professionals/Holden Scramble Coordinators running a Holden Scramble event.
Developed in conjunction with Golf Link, players and Holden Scramble Coordinators will be able to enter their team in to the local event online, by inputting the relevant players Golf Link number.
At this stage, entry fees will continue to be made through your local Pro Shop until a best practice system can be developed for receiving online payments.
The new system will enable PGA Professionals/Holden Scramble Coordinators to:
Coordinate draws;
– Track payments;
– Check eligibility;
– Access leader boards;
– Process results; and
– Access player info online
This system is extremely important to the Holden Scramble and over the coming month/s, the PGA will be testing the system to ensure its functionality prior to officially releasing. The PGA will continue to provide further updates regarding this new and exciting system.
