Online Entry System

• The PGA will contact you two days after the completion of your Local Event to confirm final participation
– At this point the PGA will confirm the percentage of entry fee payments taken via the Online System vs entry fees receipted through the Golf Club
• You will be emailed a statement of your Local and Regional event reconciliation fees after your event. This will detail the amount the PGA owes the Holden Scramble Coordinator or the amount the Holden Scramble Coordinator owes the PGA
• Local and Regional event reconciliation forms are to be signed and returned by the Holden Scramble Coordinator
– If the PGA is required to make payment to the Holden Scramble Coordinator for a portion of entry fees, an invoice for the amount owing is to be provided with the signed reconciliation forms
• All events should be reconciled within a 14 day timeframe
• Clubs with outstanding Local and Regional forms and/or fees will be deemed ineligible for Regional Final allocation until all forms and fees are received by the PGA


Paper Based Entry System

• The PGA will contact you two days after the completion of the Local Event to confirm final participation numbers
• You will be emailed a statement of your Local and Regional event reconciliation fees after your event with final participation numbers detailed
• Local and Regional event reconciliation and Local Entry forms are to be signed and returned by the Holden Scramble Coordinator or submitted online
• An invoice will be sent for the amount owing should the PGA have not received the forms and fees within the 14 day timeframe
• Clubs with outstanding Local and Regional forms and/or fees will be deemed ineligible for Regional Final allocation until all forms and fees are received by the PGA
